Ancestral Voices Workshops with with Ana Forrest & Jose Calarco

Ana and Jose are at the forefront of the Yoga world, guiding its future and evolution. Together, Ana and Jose teach people how to use the tools of Forrest Yoga to move out numbness and connect to the rich spectrum of feeling and purpose.
This workshop weekend includes three robust 2.5 hour Asana classes & one 2.5 hour Hybrid class, which contains 50% Yoga & 50% Ceremony & Music Healing. You can choose to join us for the entire weekend or for the separate workshops.
