  • Chakra-Themed Classes: : Morning sessions incorporate chakra-based themes to help you move from and activate the subtle energetic centers of the body.
  • Afternoon Classes: Our afternoon classes, including Restorative, Yin, and Slow Flow, offer a calming, grounding experience to balance your nervous system, cultivate stillness and move towards a space of inner peace. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
  • Workshops and Community Events: Each week, we host workshops and community gatherings led by our instructors and guest teachers, offerings include cacao ceremonies, moon rituals, breathwork, meditation, and more.
  • Flexible Class Passes: All classes are open for drop-ins, and class passes are valid at both Flowers & Fire studios.
  • Flowers & Fire Café: Our vegetarian café offers vibrant, nourishing wholefoods with fresh, minimally processed ingredients and customisable superfood toppings.
  • Children’s Play Area: Bring the family! Our kid-friendly space includes a ball pit, slides, climbing frame and a dedicated children’s menu.

Our yoga classes in Gili Air are held in our unique treehouse studio, offering a magical 360-degree view of lush greenery. Surrounded by vibrant, leafy surroundings, the studio provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for deepening your yoga practice while connecting with nature.

We offer dynamic and flowing yoga styles that integrate breath and movement, supporting you to feel both grounded and expansive. Expect to explore asanas that develop mindfulness, flexibility, and strength, while fostering a deep connection to yourself and the present moment. From energising morning practices to set you up for a beautiful day ahead, to restorative evening sessions that help you integrate the gifts of the day and release accumulated tensions, the Yoga Garden offers a rich variety of experiences to support your wellbeing.
