In line with the wisdom of Yogic anatomy, our Seaside Yoga classes integrate the practice of Vayus—energetic flows within the body—to align the inner movements of our prana with the movements of the sea, wind, and sun.

Morning classes focus on drawing energy in and upward, bringing you vitality for the day ahead, while sunset classes help you to ground and release accumulated tension from the day, helping you wind down and prepare for rest.

  • Vayu-Inspired Practices: Mornings focus on directing the flow of energy inwards, forwards and upwards with activating practices to energise you for the day ahead while evenings focus on drawing energy down and out, assimilating, grounding and releasing for deep rest.
  • Sunrise and Sunset Classes: Begin and end your day with practices aligned with the natural flow of elemental circadian energies, surrounded by stunning ocean views.
  • Drop-In & Class Pass Options: Whether you’re a local or visiting, all of our classes are available on a drop-in basis. You can also use any of our class passes at both the Yoga Garden and Seaside studios, giving you the freedom to explore different classes and settings at your convenience.

Our Classes

At our Seaside Studio on Gili Air, our yoga classes are designed to connect movement, breath, and energy with the natural rhythms of the day. Our sunrise sessions focus on awakening the body and drawing energy upward, while our sunset classes offer space to ground, release, and relax. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes incorporate breathwork and mindful movement to help you align with the elements and inner energy flows to cultivate a deeper sense of balance and well-being.

We provide everything you need for a nourishing practice, including bolsters, blocks, straps, and grippy mats. Our skilled teachers bring soulful, creative offerings to each class, blending embodied, dynamic yoga with meaningful philosophical insights.
